• Step 3: Document evaluation and verification by BPOM (20-30 working days);
• Step 4: Non-Tax State Fee (PNBP) issuance (1 working days);
• Step 5: PNBP payment (7 working days);
• Step 6: IP CPPOB Certificate issuance (40 working days);
• Step 7: Factory Auditing and Corrective Action (within 12 months after the issuance of the permit);

2. Flow Process of CPPOB certificate issuance for Medium and Big Industry Producent High-Risk Processed Food

• Step 1: Collect the required documents (20-30 working days);
• Step 2: Submit IP CPPOB registration documents (3 working days);
• Step 3: Document evaluation and verification by BPOM (20-30 working days);
• Step 4: Non-Tax State Fee (PNBP) issuance (1 working days);
• Step 5: PNBP payment (7 working days);
• Step 6: BPOM schedules for the factory checking and auditing (20 working days);
• Step 7: BPOM issuing audit result and Corrective Action CAPA (*if any) (40 working days): Auditing Follow-up Letter (10 working days) and Corrective Action Report (30 working days);
• Step 8: Corrective Action must be submitted within 6 months after the issuance of Audit Result Follow-up Letter;
• Step 9: BPOM checking CAPA (20 working days);
• Step 10: IP CPPOB Certificate issuance (20 working days);
